Beta access is access to software whose development has not yet been fully completed. We have decided to make this access available early in order to gather feedback and incorporate it into our ongoing development.
The software is continuously updated. As a user, you will always receive the latest version automatically whenever you visit the website.
It is possible that the behavior of certain software features may still change. We thoroughly test all changes before each update; however, especially during the beta access phase, temporary errors may occasionally occur. Please report any such issues to us at Info@bulqpoint.
We always strive to ensure that all updates are compatible with previously created charts. Nevertheless, in some cases individual features may not be backward-compatible, and certain elements may need to be reinserted after an update.
Charts that you use productively should always be exported as a PDF once they are finished, in order to prevent data loss caused by ongoing software version changes.
We do our best to prevent any inconvenience for software users.
However, Bulqpoint by AA-Protun AG does not assume any responsibility for data loss caused by advanced updates.
